As a school we strive to provide a safe learning environment for all pupils. To assist our staff doing this we employed a student led diversity team. Our diversity team gives us an insight into how different policies may affect students positively or negatively while also suggesting new ways to approach problems. Additionally, the diversity team helps to provide approachable peers and a safe space for the student body to express any queries they may have and to empower those around them to be the best students and (ultimately people) they can be.
