Volleyball

After a long break from competitive volleyball, Samuel Whitbread Academy made an impressive return, entering five teams in the recent district competition.

The girls’ teams were outstanding, with both the Year 11 and Year 10 squads drawing in the final, showcasing determination, skill, and teamwork. In the boys’ competition, Year 10 claimed first place, while Year 11A secured second and Year 11B finished in third — a strong showing across the board.

Sports Hall Athletics

Our Year 9 girls team delivered a superb performance, finishing as County Champions at the County Finals. The Year 10 girls also performed impressively, securing a very respectable fourth place.

Across a range of events, our athletes demonstrated exceptional talent, determination, and team spirit, making it a memorable day for the Academy.
