Monday 7th July – Year 10 Mock Interviews
We need around 40 volunteer interviewers to support our Year 10 students during their mock interview event.
You can give as little as an hour or two of your time – we’ll provide the interview questions and refreshments!

Alumni Experience Day – Date To Be Confirmed
Are you an ex-Samuel Whitbread Academy student currently at university, in an apprenticeship, or building your career? We'd love to have you join us for a full day (8:45am – 3:00pm) where students can rotate around and ask questions about your journey, education, and career path.

Calling All Local Businesses! Become a Subject Link Partner
We’re building partnerships between our subject departments and local businesses to help bring the curriculum to life and show students how their studies connect to the real world.
Opportunities include:

1. Hosting career talks for specific year groups

2. Highlighting how your field connects with school subjects

3. Explaining career pathways related to your profession

4. Promoting your business as an official partner in school

We’re looking for links with companies that align with a wide range of subjects including:
Science, Sport, Languages, English, Media, Business, Computing, Arts, Health & Social Care, Maths, Music, Performing Arts, Humanities, Psychology, Philosophy & Ethics, Food, and Design Technology.
