Boys & Mens Rugby

Our annual rugby block fixture took place on Friday, 16th January against St Joseph’s College at Bedford Athletic RFC and proved to be a hugely successful evening for the school. With an impressive crowd of between 600 and 700 spectators in attendance, the atmosphere was electric and showcased the strength of school rugby on the night.

The rugby on display matched the occasion, with strong performances across all age groups. The U14S showed great determination to secure a 28–19 victory, while the U15S delivered a dominant display, winning convincingly by 48–7. The U16S were involved in a tightly contested rugby match, holding their nerve to claim a hard-fought 17–13 win. The U18S completed the evening’s fixtures in a competitive encounter, narrowly losing 24–17 despite a spirited performance.

Overall, the block fixture was a fantastic showcase of commitment, skill and sportsmanship, bringing together players, staff, parents and supporters for an evening to remember.
