Lunchbox Lectures are Back!

Our Lunchbox Lectures have got off to a fantastic start this term, with four inspiring talks already delivered to students across the academy. Topics have ranged from science at sea to Black migration in the UK following World War II, giving students the chance to explore new ideas, perspectives and real-world research beyond the curriculum.

The sessions are open to all students, who are invited to bring their lunch along and enjoy learning something new in a relaxed, informal setting. Lunchbox Lectures are designed to spark curiosity, encourage discussion and introduce students to subjects they may not otherwise encounter in lessons.

📅 Every Tuesday lunchtime

We look forward to welcoming even more students over the coming weeks.
