On 28th November, Food Technology students were given the exciting opportunity to attend The Good Food Show, and it proved to be a fantastic day out. Students watched live cooking demonstrations from professional chefs, explored a wide range of innovative food products from across the country, and learnt more about sustainability within the food industry.

This hands-on experience brought classroom learning to life, helping students connect their studies in nutrition, food technology and hospitality to real-world practice. Many students left feeling inspired about future careers in food and hospitality. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the trip such a memorable success!
