Girls’ Rugby
Festival Champions!
A huge congratulations to our U14 Girls Rugby team, who came out on top at the recent festival hosted by Robert Clack School! It was a day filled with determination, skill, and brilliant teamwork; every player gave their all and did the school proud.
Boys' Rugby
Our boys’ squads have also had a busy and successful run of fixtures in both the National Cup and league competitions.
- The 1st XV produced a dominant display in the AOC League, defeating Hartpury College 60–24 in a superb team performance. Earlier in the National Cup, the boys narrowly missed out to Stamford School (12–16) but showed huge commitment and fight throughout the match.
- The U15 team powered to an impressive 50–21 victory over Finborough School in Round 2 of the National Cup, with relentless energy and teamwork on full display.
- Our U14s also progressed in style, defeating Uppingham School 45–21, while the U16s battled hard in a close 29–34 loss to Bedford Modern after a fast start that saw them go 29–0 up.

The highlight of the term came at the prestigious St Joseph’s College Festival, where our U15s stormed through the group stage unbeaten with wins over Felsted (17–7), Cheltenham College (12–0), and Clifton College (12–5). The team went on to defeat Woodhouse Grove 14–5 in the semi-final before finishing runners-up to Northampton School for Boys (7–15) in a thrilling Cup Final. An incredible achievement — congratulations to all involved!
